Flag concept for The Educational Revolution
Butler Tech seeks to transform the way Americans look at the education system. They call their work The Education Revolution. The main thrust of the revolution questions the one-track mindset that leads parents and children everywhere to believe a college degree is the only path to success. That’s a hard paradigm to break, and Butler Tech needed foundational messaging to unify their internal team and guide external communications that will excite others to join the revolution.

The Big Idea (Why are we here?) behind Butler Tech’s Educational Revolution is Disrupt To Strengthen. It’s inspired by the fact that many young people are living in extended adolescence because nothing and/or nobody is activating them to become adults that they can be.

Together, we took the knowledge collected from Butler Tech employees during the workshop to create the language in the messaging guide poster and document above.
